After adding the weights and subtracting a couple of wrong votes, we have a winner!!

I am proud to announce that BerettaFest 2009 will be held in Charlotte, NC!!  Congrats to Craig and Geoff on their great proposal-we are all looking forward to june!  Thanks again to all of you who scrounged up the info and put in the work to put together a proposal-it isn't as easy as most would think!  Here are the adjusted votes:

-Remember that people's vote who have been to one Bfest count as two, and 2+ count as three...

-Charlotte, NC - 74 total adjusted votes (60 from 2+, 12 from 1Bfest, and 2 rookie votes)
-St. Louis, MO - 28 total adjusted votes (18 from 2+, 4 from 1 Bfest, and 6 rookie votes)
-Freehold, NJ - 26 total adjusted votes (15 from 2+, 4 from 1 Bfest, and 7 rookie votes)


Now that we have our location and our committee, we will be able to really fire up the planning season!  Stay tuned in the weeks and months to come as we get more specific itinerary planned, hotel selected, and registration coming in about 3 months!!  Thanks for everyone's participation- this is YOUR event, and it truly shows with a voter turnout like this...  great job!!

It easier to remember it is ALWAYS the third week in June.  Looks like NC took it by a landslide.  I was hoping to see a little more competition out of the three.

It has been typically on the weekend that had the 4th Sunday in June (eg. The weekend after father's day).
