Big troubles with fuel pressure regulator

I am pretty sure that I will be needing a new Fuel Pressure Regulator soon.
Today my car started to run very strange. It had been running strange for a while but now its worse.
Anyways I looked at what I could see of the FPR and I could see gas coming out in a trickle. It also look like there was fuel leaking out around the injectors as well.

So I was wondering if someone could give me some part numbers or just let me know what I need to get as far as parts go.

I know I will need a

Fuel Pressure Regulator
Plenum Gaskets
Throttle Body Gasket

Not sure what sort of Seals or O-rings I need to get for the injectors and the fuel rails?

Also would it be easy to change the valve cover gaskets at the same time?

And how to I polish my plenum and valve covers.

Thanks sorry about the long post.

Call your local GM dealership or ACDelco distributor for prices and information on parts.  88GTRacer

Yes it is very easy.  And you don't need to get a new tb gasket because you don't need to take the TB off...

And as always, make sure you get GM plenum gaskets!!!!

Is there a reason why I should get GM gaskets?

I was also wondering whether you changed the o-rings on everything and where did youget them.
