Horsepower ratings?

I am a little confused with the HP listings on B.net, because they said from 1994 to 1995 the motor lost 5hp... and that daytime running lights were added... my 1995 doesnt have daytime running lights, and its OBDI which resembles the motor pictured for the 1994 model. So was the HP drop due to the change over from OBDI to OBDII, if so would my OBDI 1995 have approximately 160HP (stock), or did something elts change? I do feel stupid asking this too.

Thats the way that I understand it as..........a 5 hp lost to OBD-II......wether or not there is an actual lose or not, I don't know, no one has dynoed a 3100......
Did the 95 OBD-II 3100s get DRLs like my 96?

I belive so, I have a ex girlfriend who has a 1995 Red Base with a OBDI 3100 computer and engine, but she also has DRL, so i was a little confused on that one. Also my 3100 should be dynoed by Jan 18 there is a dyno day at east side performance over here in CT

It seems like the DRLs came before ODBII. Katies old 95 Z26 has DRLs with ODBI.
