Pat (PatGizz) from 60DegreeV6(.com) sold me an engine exactly as described, was very helpful loading it in the truck and offered me a couple other random parts he had laying around.  I told him prior to sale that I'd like to turn it over and pull a plug and check it out and he had the wrenches already out (even pulled the plug for me) and gave me all the time I needed.

UPDATE - The engine started right up with zero problems, I must admit I had my doubts, but I trusted Pat.
