Well my tranny went out so i changed it. anyways i was driving and well my trans line blew and obviously it lost fluid and the engine struggled to stay running do keep in mind i do have a real nice 3.1.  At that point if i put her in gear it would die.  So i got the car home (towed) and replaced the line refilled it and it drove fine so i get down the road and it is still fine so i drive about 6 miles and come to a light doin the samed crap again but no leaks this time and it only does this when it is warm and when i do 45+ MPH once it drops in the lower gear. Im thinking it might be the TCC not kicking it down into a lower gear but with tranny's who knows.

ok, but would that also effect reverse gear also? and where is the tcc located? The other thing was that when i drove it home the night before i had no problems is it possible that the loss of fluid while driving cause some internal glitch or fried something? it only loss like a 1.5 qts so it is a decent amoint but not a huge amount. any ideas?

Do you think a sticking TV Cable (detent) would also cause it because Correct if im wrong but isnt that for when you hit the gas it tells the tranny to drop into A lower gear? because it would hesitate to go in to lower gear so that could be it also i noticed the throttle was a lot stiffer after i replaced the tranny i think it is the cable and the TCC

I would not think that the detent cable would cause the engine to stall.
