I have a 96 with a spoiler. I can't find a bulb for it. The parts stores say 1156 or 577. The bulb looks like neither of them.

The correct bulbs are #891 and there are four of them. Warning..... they are expensive.

Cheapest I've found is $7 before shipping. Looks like it is time to start calling local autoparts & electrical stores.

Just be careful when substituting that bulb.
There are some available that will work, but the voltage is higher and it WILL BURN YOUR SPOILER!
Pay the $7. That is actually not too bad.

Buy an led strip from autozone ($15-$20), use an exacto to gently separate the red lens from the housing. clip off the last 2 bulbs and glue the strip in to the housing (after checking that everything fits correctly, and splice the connector to the led. glue back together.
No more melting spoilers.
Mine has been this way for years... 02?
