The first one looks like a plug for the trans.  I think it goes to the "shift" sensor.  Located on top of trans, rear of engine and you can just about see it with a light.  Just look in the area of where the intermediate shaft goes into the trans.  That plug attaches into a plug hole on the trans.

The other looks like a crank senor plug.  That is located behind the intake manifold near the oil filter on block.

Hope it helps!

Sorry for the double post.

The first plug I had a feeling it went to the trans. I just couldnt find the sensor.

But the second one I'm still not sure. The crank sensor has a plug for it already (2 wires-yellow wire/ purple wire) That is located like you said above the oil filter right behind the starter.
Didnt see this connector on the old harness but I might have missed it and it still might be connected somewhere (mice chewed trough the old harness). Maybe its for something optional?

Looks like it might be the connector for the A/C hose.  Pressure sensor or something I think. Does the car have A/C?

Yep it has AC but the lines are missing. Maybe for the low pressure cut off?

TPS sensors usually have a plug like that.

Yep noticed that too but that has a plug and this is further down the harness towards the altenator.

the 3 pin con Should go to the oil sensor  near the dipstick tube 2.3 or its a ac pressure sensor 0n a 3.1.
as for the other 2 pin looks like the ac clutch con or pressure..

Is your harness from a 1990 car?  If it is newer you may be in for some suprises.

That looks like the AC pressure sensor from a newer model.

The guy I got it from said it was from a '90 but who knows? The rest of the plugs seem to be in the right places.

If you knew what you were talking about you'd know that the 2.3 oil sending unit is screwed in the exhaust cam tower.
