i need to know if my whole rear seat will somehow fold down because i dont have the folding rear mid-seat.

If you do not have the folding seat, then the answer is obvious.... no. You can however remove the entire rear seat if you desire... two 13mm bolts for the bottom pad and then two T45's or T50's for the rear seat, I can't remember which, and then the whole thing can be removed.

They are T-50s. I grabbed the wrong torx one time and rounded the bolt out on a car we we're attempting to get the seats from. We ended up not getting the upper portion of the backseat because of that mistake. Learning from experience... sometimes it isn't for the win until a few years have passed.

Mine were T47's on the 95. A very hard to find size.

It is actually T47 but you can "persuade" a T50 into it.

Then it's T50 forever, LOL

Hmm... that might explain why I usually find myself tapping the T50 bit into those bolts with the head of the ratchet.

It's nice because it doesn't pop out though since those bolts usually require a bit of torque to get loose - especially if they've been in for a while.

Here I was thinking the torx bits went by increments of 5 as they got higher up in the numbers... I never knew a 47 existed.

There is also a T27, but I haven't found a use for it yet. I thought it went by 5's also. I bought a Lisle 3/8 socket torx set so I could replace my dirty rear seat belts(upper and lower). When I saw the T47 I knew that it had to be the size I needed. Not many people change their seat belts and I did try the T45 and the T50. The right tool for the right job.

If you want to take your seat out you will need an adapter to bring the 3/8 up to 1/2. It takes alot to get those bolts off.
