I have a 90 GTZ manual which ECM are compatible. car will not start Brain fried

Are you positive that you have power to the ECM?

Could be prom chip also could be fried. Had that happen to me... If you suspect this, take the #'s off it, go to the dealer, have them look it up and see where you gotta get it from.. They aint cheap, but it sure fixed everything on my car.
