Just signed the contract today. Hoping for a really quick closing since I'm pre-approved and be moving in May 1.
2 bed, 1 bath, 2-car garage.

Ok Will I sent the logo, but got a delivery notification failure for
admin@nothingtrend.com. Should I just ftp it or do you have another address to send to?
The logo I sent for Bnet weeks ago still isnt up, so cut me some slack... haha

The bank is doing the appraisal tmo and the home inspection will be early next week. I signed all mortgage paperwork on Tuesday and am meeting with the lawyer on Monday. So far it's all nice and smooth and moving along well.

Just got done with the home inspection. I thought the roof had 5 more years (it's original '88), but it's going to have to be done this summer. It's almost identical to the roof on my dad's garage we did ourselves a few years ago, so it shouldn't be a big deal.
Met with the lawyer today and he seemed to think we could be closed by May 1. That would be sweet!
That Chevy looks good in the driveway, but it needs 2 more in the garage...
