Yes, there are many bolts. Sorry I can't tell you where they all are. Some are on the sides and the steering column. I only got half way before I saw that the dash I wanted had a warp over the passenger side vents that I didn't like.

Re: trying to remove a dash
It IS just bolted in but there are a couple of hidden/hard to get bolts up near the defroster that will piss you off trying to get at.
There is a pinned thread on this here or on BerettaStuff.
Go slow, don't get all p'od, and take your time.
You'll get it out.
Back in is a piece of cake then, just keep all the wire bundles intact.

Sorry man I don't have any info on that. Some of the big boys will have to give you some tech help. I sure don't want to tell you that it will only to find out that it won't work.

Re: trying to remove a dash
91-95 base will work with 91-95 full cluster(v6, gt v6gtz z26)
Dash has 4 screws up by the windshield, 2 at the lower corners, and the bolts under the column. The rest is just unplugging and removing hvac stuff.
I did it in 100 degree weather(interior temps even hotter) and it was a terrible experience.

Re: trying to remove a dash
You will have to swap out the oil pressure sender in order for the gauge to work.
It's pretty easy. Just order one from a parts store. It's located near the oil filter.
Everything else will work just fine.

Re: trying to remove a dash
Just remember you said you removing a dash from a 96 Z... Is this going into a base? if so what year is the base? The 96 Z cluster will have an incorrect Tach reading if you try to use it in a 95 or older vehicle, the 95 and older cars do not feed the tach from the ECM like a 96 so it will not work.
