I didn't have the delay feature before. Was told you had to get a switch with the delay feature and a motor with delay too. Went to the yard and got both. Installed and works great but the pause on the delay is like 1/2 way up the window instead of at the bottom of the down stroke. This normal? Or is the plastic cam inside pausing it at the wrong time?

sounds like it's pausing at the wrong time... it should be a little up from the bottom resting area, but no higher than the lowest point of a full sweep in Low
