Quad 4 engine swap

Is there anything I should look for or replace while i got the motor out? I read about oil pumps failing and such.. the motor i bought has 109k on it supposedly..

Timing chain, water pump, and headgasket if your really feeling ambitious, oh and the clutch.

Oil pump drive gear yes... IIRC those were plastic or composite on some years.

Replace the oil pump and water pump with a AC delco brand and do the rear cam carrier seals. Replace the timing assembly components and replace the housing/cover gaskets. That is the bare minimum I would do while it's out.
