Starting When Cold

Hello all,

I have a '91 Beretta GT, 3.1 V6 with 237,000 miles+.  I have had the plugs and wires changed as well as a new fuel filter about 8 months ago.  I have noticed that during the last few weeks, that the car is taking longer to turnover when trying to start in the mornings or when it has been parked for several hours (+8 or so).  It starts fine when warmed up.  I thought it might be the fuel, but haven't changed gas stations or anything.  The weather has been in the 60s-70s when this started happening.  Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?

Thanks for any help you can give!

Try changing the fuel filter (if you haven't yet)
