Short Roadie to MI

So, Im headed to MI on the 20th most likely to pick up my new Quasar GTZ. :D

Flights from Milwaukee to Detroit stop in Atlanta first. Lol :unknown:

Flight from Chicago I still have to drive to Chicago, and pay parking.

Bus ride from Oshkosh to Ann Arbor, gotta stay the night in a Chicago bus stop.

So heres my question guys!

Anyone from the Fox Valley/ Milwaukee area wanna meet up and drive me to MI? I of course pay gas as long as your car runs well, and youll get to meet one of the Beretta's design engineers, and his beautifully restored GTZ!

Or, someone who lives ib the Chicago area be willing to pick me up at the bus stop, let me crash on the couch, then take me back in the morning. I again pay gas and convienence fees :D

I have no problem with staying in the bus station, etc. But wanna take the oppertunity to meet some of you if I can!

I'd take you but it would probably not work out well for me and my school/work schedule =(.. Although I drove another member to Missouri for a Beretta once =P. When are you thinking about going?

I don't know what his screen name is on here since he changes it each time he gets a new beretta, but on WI GM-Tuners he is 92QuasarGTZ (Eric). He is over in Neenah. I took him to Missouri to get his Yellow 5 speed Indy that Pauly (redbrablackgtz or somethinglikethat) now owns.

I work two 6-10 AM shifts that weekend. It's possible I could get them covered. hmmmm wonder if we'll have snow by then lol.

God I hope not. I am obviously repainting the car, but it has about Zero rust and I plan to keep it that way. I don't really want to slough it through snow. I had hoped to go this weekend after the meet, but I ended up getting my kids again this weekend.

Ah. Well when I'm at work tomorrow or on wednesday I'll take a look at the schedule and see if there's anyone I can con into--- erm I mean get to work for me lol.

In the meantime if you find someone else, I will not be offended. But it would be fun =).

I'm in the valley, but I now have solid work. Good luck on the car.

Okay, so in that case, I could try to get Sunday covered and leave really early! Getting one day covered is a lot easier than two =).

So Mark if youre serious, which day works better for you, either fits in my schedule. Should be a semi fun trip as long as the snow doesnt fly...

I called my coworker to ask about Sunday, I haven't heard back yet but I'll let you know. I am serious. And if I don't hear from her there's another I can ask.

Either day works, we could leave early saturday as well, and get back in time if you have to work sunday. I no longer have to work on saturday. :D
