Re: lowering springs
There are a few choices. Quality with minimal drop is going to be Eibach, they are also progressive springs so they aren't as harsh. Lower setups include Intrax, or Canuck springs... Search google for those since I'm not really sure who sells them anymore.
My setup consists of Eibach springs, KYB GR-2 front struts and Gas-a-Just rear shocks with 30mm GT Front swaybar, internal Z26 rear swaybar with piggiebacked Addco 1" sold rear bar... And yeah that sucker feels like its on rails.

Intrax lowering springs for first gen Beretta's are impossible to find new but somebody might have a used set around here.

Re: lowering springs
I've got Eibachs on mine, unfortunately I believe they are discontinued for the earlier cars. I hear Canucks are win though. For the best drop and performance I would go with Canucks.

For example, that ebay page. Better buy them, guy told me one set left, Amazon page for horsepowerfreaks, they dont actually have any, and Sears, when you call cannot confirm stock amounts. Ill bet a dollar against a dog turd Sears doesnt have any.

Re: lowering springs
I am sure with a bit of digging a set could be found. I don't know for certain since I have not had to look personally.

Re: lowering springs
I have a set of eibach springs on the lemon [3800 auto heavy mobile] and they are stiffer than stock springs from an 89gt [unk suspension lablel], if you can tell me what springs I can use that will buy me more height [eibachs actually sag LESS than stock springs, and I need the least amount of drop possible], I'll part with my eibachs. They are good and low now! haha
