Since everyone wants to jump off the friken deep end and call him a liar and thief here is what really happened.

On Nov 4th I sent him an e-mail asking where he has been... It wasn't till Nov 6th that I got a reply. Now the reply was written by Barbra Black, for those who came to NE you know who this is.

He had a rather sever angina attack about a week prior to that e-mail and has been in the hospital since undergoing tests and whatnot, and needless to say they do not allow laptops in the cardiac area of the hospital so he could not reply to the posts made about him.

I sent him another message again today asking for an update and Barb replied once again an hour later.

Eric had triple by-pass surgery and is hopefully going to be fine. Should be coming home Monday.
He did mention that there are likely people getting upset about some things but he'll make it right. It's just the way he is, and why he is so special to me.
It's been a very troubled few weeks but things are going to be OK, finally.
Anyway it's certainly not a secret about his health problems, but that should be behind him now.
I'm going to take the laptop in tonight and see if they will let him have it, maybe just for an hour or so, but they are pretty strict in the Cardiac Unit.

I'm posting this so you will all lighten up and hang on for another few days to wait for him to return.

The god damn guy almost had a friken heart attack and you are calling him a liar and thief. I hope after reading this you may be a bit more enlightened on the situation and give him some damn time to recover.

Good to hear he is doing ok. Triple bypass? Jesus. Hasn't he already had several bypass surgeries?

Sounds like he should upgrade to a new model.

Very unfortunate to hear about the old fart being laid up in the hospital, but hopefully the triple will have him cleared up for awhile.

That is pretty damn shitty that anyone here could call him a liar and a thief after all that he has done for this community. The offending parties should feel pretty damn ashamed, and even though you don't deserve it - Eric is probably going to go above and beyond what he would have done previously just to make you people happy.

If he can't get on the laptop, at least send our well wishes to him.

I have not seen any direct statements of liar or thief so saying that I may have been a bit overboard but when someone posts a comment saying he's maybe ripped off users on here with his recent for sale thread and the NE-T-shirts I get a little defensive to say the least. Especially since I knew his condition.

I did not release this info until I heard from Barb that he would not have a problem with letting others know about it.

We should hopefully all hear from him by sometime next week.

i hope all is well he is a great guy once you get to meet him in person he has big heart and would never screw any1 over he doesnt need to do that to get ahead of others
