Fan/Blower issue

Hey guys, my fan(heat, defrost, etc etc) sometimes doesn't turn on.  I'll put the setting on 4 and put it on heat, and the damn thing doesn't come on.  Then, sometimes if I turn the car off, and  turn it back on, and turn the fan on, it works.  It's really stupefying.. lol... and it's become an issue of late because of frost issues... if you guys have any ideas?

I mean, I'm thinking there is just some type of loose connection somewhere, but where do I check?  Thanks, as always guys!

Afraid not. It's on your pass side fire wall it's the pig tail that hooks to your blower motor. The power supply wire on my wife's has a plastic boot covering the spade terminal. Another thing you might want to check is the ground on the blower motor.
