Piggybacking a Z51?

Ok so i have a 95' beretta z26, i bought a Z51 rear sway bar to piggback on my internal one,

I cut the holes in the middle holding brackets so it went over my internal bar,

Now the end bushings/brackets that hold it to the bottom of the perch dosent touch the perch, it is up off the perch a good 1/2" on the right perch and 1/4" gap on the left perch.

Does anyone know why this is or have instructions or a link on how to piggyback this bar properly?

yes the 95 rear twist beam is different than the cars that came with the Z51 bar. You have to use shims in between the Z51 bar and the twist beam to get it to hit the spring perch. I think i had to shim about a half inch or so for the Addco.

You'll notice a huge difference once you get it on.

Wow I didn't realize the gap was that much on that type of bar.

I used these when I did my addco.
