3.1-3400 hybrid project

It will be refreshed engine for my daily driver, so not planning anything spectacular. Also not going to use too much €€€ for it.

I recently got the shipment of engine parts pulled back in 2008 summer @ Chicago.
Should have the following:
- 1999 3400 UIM with no text
- 2000 3400 LIM
- 99-00? 3400 heads
- 99-00? 3400 valve covers
- 99-00? 3400 timing cover, water pump, power steering pump
- 3100 t/b
- 3400 t/b
- 3400 SS header flanges
- Misc hoses, braces and tubes
If you can identify the part year, 99 or 00, let me know...
Also lost somewhere on the process were, maybe i can get em later:
- 3500 UIM
- Fuel rail
- Fuel injectors
- 1995 Beretta throttle cable
What i also need to get or do:
- UIM to LIM bolt set
- Get the EGR port cut off and welded shut.
- Either make header utilizing the flanges or use the 3.1 exhaust manifolds.
- Verify Can i use stock bolts on UIM and timing cover? Since i don't have the 3400 bolts here.
- If i get the 3500 UIM, throttle body adapter plate?
- Something else?, input needed

For this project i am also going to utilize the Powermax 2030 cam and golden 1:5 rockers bought years ago.
I know the cam is not that big, but i really need to pass emission test on my daily driven car, so it's good enough, couple steps better than the 19 year old stock one.
Shopping list for new parts:
- ARP head bolts
- Gasket sets
- Oil pump
- Custom pushrods
- Cam bearings
- Your input here
I would like to get donor short block that i could get honed, rings, bearings and all that, but in case i can't find one, i am just going to use the current one, most likely as it is for time limitations.
I'm open for input, so let me know if you have any recommendations..
This project is on HOLD until i can find someone to ship me that replacement transmission, it's #1 on the list of stuff i need. The guy who was supposed to pull it for me, has disappeared
