Something Weird I havent crossed before "Clutch Issue"

Ok so i have never crossed this problem on any of the boards... maybe someone has seen or heard about it,
1st While driving for a extended period of time like say 30min or more, when I push in the clutch it seems like there is nothing there, but when I pump it twice it goes right back to normal. So far I have replaced the slave and bled both slave and throw bearing (92 GTZ Quad 4 tranny) so anyone have any ideas? This just recently started happening.
One other issue that has recently been happening is when taking off without really letting the car warm up (10min or so) it starts to drive then when I slow down and step on the gas again it sputters and almost stalls... so i have to feather the gas and tap it so it doesn't stall out, but when it finally goes normally , it doesn't do it again.... I think this piece of troubleshooting is that the car just needs a tune up.
any help with these would be appreciated. thanks
90 GTZ quad 4 with a 92 tranny, scx chip w41 cams, Bilmer Block, and some other goodies on the engine if any of that helps ...
