Yeah never send money orders. Hope you can do something about it and possibly get your $ back.

His address is the only thing you can use to sort of track him down. Everything else is probably fake.

Probably best bet is to see if you can round up a few others that got ripped off and head to his house with arms. If you can get his picture off of facebook then maybe you can single him out but if not hold everyone at the house hostage and kill them one by one until someone comes forward as him.

He has ripped a ton of people so hopefully you can get some support with this.

You're fucked. Simply put. NEVER, EVER, EVER pay someone via MoneyGram or Western Union. EVER. Unless you absolutely are certain of the person. It's , unfortunately ,one of the oldest scams in the (internet) book. And as far as money orders, postal or not makes not one crap of difference. You still can't do jack crap about it once it's been cashed, except prove he cashed it , which it sounds like you already can.

It can be proven that he cashed it, with moneygram you much show photo id, so in court ect it could be proven that he cashed it

I have gotten ripped before, but didnt persue it much further than contacting his police. It was a much smaller dollar value than you and not quite worth my time.

However, you have a little more motivation because you spent much more. Plus you have others that have been ripped off too. Team up with them and all send information to the police at the same time. Maybe a influx of reports will motivate the police to do something. The boca raton FL cops dont give a rats ass I found out.

Yeah, you can prove he cashed it. Proving WHAT the money was for is an entirely different matter. I think you will have no success recovering your money. In most states though, if it's OVER $500.00 it's a felony fraud charge IF you can prove it.

anything over 350 is grand larceny. do it up. since he's a convicted felon under megans law, ANY trouble with the law and he gets sent back to jail. i would pursue it and have him sent to jail.

i was going to buy that top end but didnt trust him since he didnt accept paypal and he told me i would be better off coming to pick it up cause it was going to cost to much to ship. you have his address i would make the ride to his house on the wkd it would be worth it
