Is there a how-to to remove a dash from a 95 Z?

its a piece of cake! remove all of the under panels, and unbolt the steering center column (should be like 2 or 4 bolts) then remove the 4 or so bolts holding the center to the inner support (behind where the radio goes in) and along the top against the windshield, and your done. i removed one having no experience in removing a dash and had it out in the rain in prob 30-40 minutes. dont worry man its not bad at all

Good to know. Thanks. Also you think I could get a headliner without a sun roof and cut the spot for a sunroof? Cuz I have a sun roof and I need a new liner, a grey one.

idk.. look into barrys write-up on headliner repair. finding a good headliner is hard enough, let alone one in descent shape. im refabbing mine once i bring it home from storage. the work involved in pulling a used one isnt worth just redoing one from your own car. check out that write up for sure tho

There are a couple of bolts on either side as well. Plus don't forget that the damn wiring is bolted to the back of the dash. It is simple to remove a dash, but it can be a bit of a pain with all of the bolts they stuck in there. Make sure you have a six-pack nearby.
