Would a 1992 Chevy Beretta GTZ 5 speed tranny bolt up to a 1996 Beretta Base 3100?

No, the bellhousing bolt pattern is different from the quad to the v6. However you can swap to a V6 bellhousing if you want to use that transmission.

X2 and it is nice with aluminum flywheel i maight add to as thats what i have teamed up with EP LSD
