Coolant leak

My '93 3.1 Beretta has a couple of coolant leaks. One appears to be the heater core. Since I live in S. FL, I was thinking about bypassing it. Can I purchase a hose that is designed for this? If so, where,...part number?
The other leak is here. What do I need to replace?

That's the heater core supply line.

It's usually just the coupler that goes bad. They're usually less than $20 and in stock at most auto parts stores.

The first part, because there is an o-ring in there that goes bad.

2 Problems:
The new fitting I bought has a different thread size and there are no others ones to choose from.

The old fitting's thread broke off.

They definitely do make two different sizes. You should be able to use a large extractor to get that out.

I found out the reason the threads on the old part are not the same as the new part. In the computer at Chevrolet, it states "threads appear bigger due to expansion from heat."
Now I just have to get the rest of the threads out with this tool, specially made for this job.

before you waste your time doing that, try a propane torch and a EZ out, I know that tool you got is suppose to do the job but it doesnt quite look as agressive as an ez out

Didn't have to remove the lower intake to do this after all. I was able to chase the threads with a 1/2" pipe thread tap after cleaning out some threads with a punch.
