clutch slipping problems w/ 16k old clutch

Hey guys, i have this problem for some months now. The clutch starts to slip when i shift pretty fast into next gear, it kinda got worse after some fast shifts. Some weeks ago i did a burnout in first and shifted fast into second then the clutch started to slip so bad that i couldnt even let the tires burn in first. also slipped pretty bad when full throttle and avobe 2500rpm. I keept it in low rpms for next days and it got better and better, now daily driving is no problem, the clutch engages very good and only will slip when i do fast shifts but still clutch drops are still a no go cause it will slip pretty bad again. I can rev the engine to 5k and shift normal into next gear without any problems, it only does slip on fast shifts like i said. Its kinda weird cause the clutch is only 16k miles old. Got installed by GM Dealer with new clutch, pressure plate and tranny fluid.
What do you guys think? I thought about it maybe could be a bad master/slave cylinder... ?
Oh and its a '91 GT V6.

Sounds to me like it could be your stock hydraulics. My Spec Stg2 was slipping at the strip last year and after some research I found out the stock 2nd-design hydraulics (90-91?) have a restriction in the line to softly apply the clutch. I replaced them with pinlock-to-AN adapters and braided line.
It's an easy fix and you might be able to save the clutch. Mine acted fine after a couple days of easy driving, even though it had some heat marks. I replaced it though cause I wouldnt trust it at WOT without a new disc.

Ok thanks woody. Is there a braided clutch line to buy anywhere that fits the Beretta? and what are pinlock to AN adapters?

I have links and PNs in my build thread. It's a 24" braided AN-3 line with a 90* at one end, and the pinlock fittings are from CNCguy. (britishcarconversions.com IIRC)

yes weba, it pretty much sucks. the only thing i hate on this car... and i really want to fix this. for example: when i floor it in first and shift some faster in second i hear it slip so i let of the throttle shortly and then i floor it again so the clutch isnt slipping anymore.. i cant even get it chirped into second gear even with bad tires, lol.

Also, doesnt my 91 V6 has the same hydraulics as my 90 GTZ? never had a problem like this with my gtz ...

Maybe quad/v6 hydraulics are different...I never noticed this with my 90 GTZ either, or regular street driving with the new 91. But it was definitely there at the track. And that slipping got the clutch hot, so even normal engagement was delayed until it cooled down.
