Hi everyone, new here, hope someone can field my question quickly please?

I have a 88 Berretta GT 2.8l MPFI, my question is, will 3.1L heads directly swap over to the 2.8 block and if so, what will be the resulting performance loss or gain if any?

They are the same head. A 3.1 is simply a stroked 2.8 engine.

Like Jon said. Its a direct swap but there will be no performance gain whatsoever
