This happened awhile ago....I came to my house and was here for about 20 minutes, i get in my car, start it, and go to take off and tehre is absolutely no power at all. I got to the end of the driveway thinkin maybe it was just boggin out or something. But still no power, so i try to back up the driveway, and it barely made it. I pulled all the plugs and they were fine, not fouled out or had anything wrong with them at all. The next day i jack it up to look underneath and atifreeze started coming out from the motor somewhere, i couldnt quite tell where it was coming from tho. The car starts fine, but it sounds like a 4wheeler, it has a real slow idle and rev, doesnt sound like a quad4 at all. I'm pretty stumped here, and with work and working on my mustang i dont have anytime to diagnose the problem, anyone have any ideas ? I'm kindof thinkin its a blown head gasket or a cracked head, ( but the exhaust smoke is fine ) could it have anything to do with the intake manifold ?

Thinking back to my quad, my first thought was to have the fuel pressure checked.  I had it explained to me in this way, Way to high pressure - possible fuel clog between the regulator and the injectors, AKA constant closed injector.  Too little pressure- Clogged fuel filter, stuck pump, or open injector.
Going beyond that is to pull the plug boots one by one to make sure they are acctually working properly.   The reason I suggest trying this is because of a car I had after the quad, The power was low on it and I was able to trace it down to an injector problem because when I removed plug wire number 2, it had no effect on how the engine ran., though it would seem to start as normal and sound as if it ran normal, just a lack of power and too much fuel consumption.  Also, cylinder #2 plugs and internal parts looked normal with the naked eye.
