Well I now have two new stents in my ticker thanx to the good folks at Hamilton General Hospital. And if I take my 6 pills a day they tell me I should be good for a few years yet.

And the cryotherapy seems to be working on the prostate issue. It's steadily improving, and I am feeling alot better.

I owe alot to Barbie, who has been rock solid through all of this. I don't know what i would have done without her.

We are planning on B'Fest, although I won't be racing. Likely bring the Quad.
