Hey guys. I know this is a tall order, but i'd like to find a set of GTZ/Z26 front seats for my GT, but it has the maroon interior. I realize this is the rarest color for those seats, but if you happen to see any in decent shape, let me know. I don't mind fixing a bit of the stitching or having them professionally cleaned, but not ones that need to be completely recovered. A while back a guy was selling two beretta parts cars on ebay and one had the Z26 seats in red, but he wouldn't sell just the seats. He wanted to get rid of the two cars together and complete. Oh well. C'est la vie.

MY 95 z has red Interior, when I redo mine I'll let you know. But it might be awhile from now.

Post some pics I am sure you guys can work out a deal, maybe help start finding your grey swap!

Cool! Ya I would love to see some pics of them. You're planning to swap the interior to grey? If it's any help, and you think you will be sourcing your grey one soon, I could always trade you my GT seats to use temporarily until you get your new ones... Just an idea. Themixer tells me you're in Ontario? I'm just in Montreal, so i'm up for a drive to do the deal in person when the times comes.

Yea sounds good I'm gonna be moving to petawawa soon I'm in the military. So ill be closer, I'm in windsor now. Aren't gt seats like z seats?

Nice, your profile said Leamington which google maps said was over 10 hours drive from Montreal, but Petawawa would only be 4 hours, so that would be a lot easier trip to make.

GTZ and Z26 seats have thicker side bolsters and adjustable lumbar. I grabbed this pic off google from someone else who swapped their interior from maroon to grey/black:


Standard GT seats are comfortable, but only have the knee tilt and less side bolster:


That pic is of my actual GT seats. Because it's an 1989 with the old style interior it has the gold/black stripes down the center. 91-96 GT seats had a similar shape, but were not trimmed as nicely (IMHO).

All Beretta seats from all years mount exactly the same. Two bolts on the floor and they pop right out.

Hey yea that sounds good. It might have to wait for awhile till I move in a month or two. And till we get settled and everything. Of you find other ones grab them don't wait for me. And I'll get pics ASAP for ya.
