I just went to reserve a room for Berettafest.

The hotel has already released all the rooms they were holding and have booked solid.

So there are no more rooms left for any of us.

So just in case you haven't booked yet now you know.

I just read we had until the 30th to book a room.

Can someone on the committee call and find out what happened with the rooms?

Yeah i got the email that said we only had till the 23rd, but i just paid two days ago. So how does that one work? Can someone find out whats going on?

I just talked to the Hotel. I spoke with Tony, he said they are having some kind of inventory problem with the system. His manager will be calling anyone who has left their name with them on monday and get the rooms booked. So have no fear people, they are getting it fixed for us

I also called the hotel. Basically, the hotel still has our rooms set aside until the 30th. They ARE overbooked for other rooms that are NOT in our block. So...you need to register and call ASAP as our rooms are still available for us. Their overbooking means that they have already counted all our rooms that we reserved for our block. Keep in mid, our block is not full yet.

As long as I get a call Monday I will be happy.

I just talked to them and got the same story they are booked full and have no rooms left for us. She took my name and said Lance the manager would call me tomorrow if he can resolve any issues.

It's kinda odd, every time you call you get the BS line, but anyone else calls and they are fine. I would assume as of today though anyone is pretty much screwed...

I also do not know why the registration email said the 23rd and we actually had till the 30th. Thats a question for Mike to answer.

Yeah i never got the call back from the hotel yesterday either. Im gonna try and call them again today and see whats going on.

Well we are paid and I still haven't received the hotel info, so I guess we aren't going.

Yes it was last minute, due to Eric's situation, and paypal taking forever, but no hotel, we aren't leaving home.

You paid on the 27th at 1PM according to the post you made.
