Re: autotrader
If they get $7k for a base with a body kit, my Quasar must be worth $12k....
And I don't understand the Houston ad.... He's got about $4k in parts on the car easy, and he only wants $1k for the car? I'm assuming the motor or trans is messed up from his vague hints about towing, but still. Seems fishy...

Re: autotrader
Do you get a year's supply of crack with that? Have to admit, 7 grand for that seems to be a bit steep. 23 years old, yeah low mileage but still. Maybe worth 4-4500, but 7? No.
Hell Eric, your quad would be closer to 7 or more than this thing.

Re: autotrader
In '88 base models had chrome bumper moldings and door moldings. 'GT's had black moldings all the way around. The wheels are not base wheels and if you look at the nameplate on the quarter close enough you will clearly be able to tell it is a GT. Another obvious way to tell it is a GT is look at the seats, the steering wheel and GT on the door panel. It is a GT.SuzukiGhostRider wrote:Not sure why you think that was a "GT". It's a Base model.
It was built in '87 look where the seat belts are located. I hate when someone ruins a good car with aftermarket junk.

Re: autotrader
Meh, guess you're right. Hadn't spotted the door panels. I still wouldn't say it's "ruined" because of a NICELY installed and painted Razzi body kit. It's not like it's sporting a huge wing, tons of stickers, spray bombed factory wheels, or a fake turbo...
I do wonder one thing though... I was looking closely at the driver's side dash/steering wheel shot.. Am I on crack or is that car digi gauges?

I agree; it is nicely installed and painted. Whoever did the install did it right. As for the dash, yep it sure does have a digital cluster. I just checked it out again. It is a nice clean car that is for sure.
