The involvement in this thread will determine if I bring my DR's or not... I hate to pack all the stuff to go drag racing if there is no interest, but if we can round up a group of 15-20 cars that want to go its worth ever bit to bring the stuff.

Reply to this thread adding you to the list. I'm NOT positive on what track it would be but assume it will be at least 1hr to get there... that will keep the list down to those who REALLY want to go and don't mind the drive, if it's a shorter ride and the other guys want to attend then, Ok thats great and perfectly fine.

I will go just see how bad my reaction speed has gotten after my incident. Providing we have the 15 to 20 cars you had mentioned Jon.

I would like to get some numbers on the Quasar before I tear the motor down for a rebuild this Winter.

Not many are interested in 1/8th mile... But if that is an agreed upon census of the people who want to race then I guess we could give it a shot... and maybe some others would like to go if it is closer. 1/8th is a bit of a bummer to me since most everything is measured in 1/4 mile for comparison but it's definately a little less abuse on the vehicle's and less chance of me throwing a rod... LOL

I left it out of the bfest section due to the fact that I need to approve any post made there... this way people can reply without approval necessary.

i have no issue driving to go racing. Hell i have to drive minimum 2.5 hrs to race on a track around here. I have ZERO issue with this! I want to race!

like jon said im not too hip on 1/8 mile. i doubt 15-20 cars from here would go. ill post something on fb plus thechicagogarage to see if some gtps wanna come out and play idk.

i wanna get my car datalogged and running good, i think imma get a sticker made after bfest saying "tuned by" in small letters than in big letters, "3X00-mod" lol.

Based on the responses here we are going racing!

Now where? No Limit Raceway is verified Mapquest at 1 hr 45 min... Sounds better than 3hrs to me! When I check their schedule is says Bike Warz TNT 6-10pm. Just for sanity sake I am going to call them tomorrow and verify that they will be running cars too (or is it "carz"?!). Can't imagine they would literally fill the track with bikes...

Once confirmed I will post in the Bfest section also...
