My boyfriend used to drive tow truck and he had to go pull a lady out who saw a road was closed and though she could drive through a retention pond in a torrential thunderstorm, needless to say he sat in his truck and watched her car sink out of sight..LOL

I Feb. They got hit pretty bad with rain and it flooded out 69 here in Indy this chick drove her newer Impala SS through it and was like "I dont know why it wont run anymore"

at least he didn't damage the semi.

looks to me like what the car is sitting on was standing vertical and the car knocked it down and it's now sitting on it.
