Ever hear of sea foam?

Just wondered if anyone out there has used this stuff?
I heard somethign about it, but never used it, and was wondering if it was any good. Trying to get my injectors and fuel rail clean, and was looking for the best stuff.

I LOVE Seafoam!!!!!!!
I use it atleast twice a year as a fuel system cleaner. I highly reccomend it. And for the engine I suggest GM's Top Engine Cleaner (thanks to Chris E for getting me on that stuff!)

Most auto parts stores carry it; some retail stores(Wal-Mart, K-Mart for sure) also stock it as well.
