SUNROOF DRAIN HOSE ISSUE QUESTION

1990 Beretta, there are 4 drain hoses from sunroof. The front pass side one down by the door hinges was pused back into the hole and I can't get it back out. Any suggestions. Can it be accesed through the inside of the car on that side and pushed back out?

Try pulling down the headliner and looking up there... I don't have a factory sun roof so I have no idea.

Headliner has been out. All lines are running fine but the front pass line. Has some flow but not a ton. Seems the line must be pinched where it runs through dash.
