Had the same thing happen to me at the tack last summer in my black GTZ. The alt case broke, the belt flung it forward and hit and broke my a/c line and put a small hole in my radiator. Then the terminal grounded out and blew the fusable link that charged the battery. I had to get towed home and spent all weekend fixing it. Not a fun time I'll tell you.

Mine was branded Unipoint... most likely made in PingPong or something.
