The Beretta i think for most is around 16 years old. If the car is fixed up, would this be a car be considered appreciated say 20-25 years down the road? It is fairly rare and unique already. I remember my aunt saying her first car was an 1950 Chevy and to her it was just a car. But today, you see car enthusiast and other people alike admiring it even when they meant little to nothing back then. What's your opinions about the Beretta?

In the end of the 70s/80s not even a dog would have pi**ed on a 69 Camaro. 50s 60s and 70s cars populatiry has gained huge amounts since that time.
The Beretta is now where the Camaro was at that time. If it will be a collectors car is highly questionable. Maybe the top versions because they are very rare and are dying out. But current classic cars are staight forward technic, easy to work on, few parts are rubber and plastic, no electronics at all.

I do see a chance for our cars though, as they are of the last cars you actually still see an engine when you open the hood, eventhough they already have some new age gadgets. Todays cars have a sh*tload of plastic covering everything, tons of wires and electronics. Will they ever be classic cars? We now think the same they did when the 69 Camaro was just an old car.
