Quad 4 Turbo kit for sale!!!

Up for sale: 1990-1995 Quad 4 Turbo kit. upto 600HP.
I am selling my turbo system, which was just resently constructed,
and has very low use. Less than 10 miles. This is a very powerful
system if you turn it up, Im sure it can do more than you ever wanted it
to do, or you can turn it down and still have alot of reliable power.
Kit includes a custom made Turbo manifold designed for Holset HX-
35 turbo with external waste gate setup. The TIAL knockoff
Wastegate is included and dumps to atmosphere. I'll include a brand
new never used manual boost controller to help include everything
you need.
The kit comes with all the brace and brackets that attach to the oil pan
bosses for additional support and to take some wieght off of the
manifold to head bolts.
SInce the Quad 4 exhuast exits the rear of the engine, the hot side of
the turbo will be very close to your firewall and some wiring. I used a
turbo blanket made by PSP to protect these items, it worked very
well, and I'll include that in the kit as well.
The downpipe is included, and i have made an internal wastegate
block off mechanism into the turbo downpipe flange. This will keep
the factory wastegate jammed shut so you dont have any boost
leaks, but not have to weld it shut and ruin the turbo itself. The
downpipe is constructed using 2.5" mandrel bends but to size. Has
O2 sensor bung welded in place.
I'll also include the total exhaust system to take the exhaust all the way
out to the back of the car. This is constructed using 2.5" mandrel
bends. Will use the factory support hanger system already in use on
your car! In place of a Catalytic converter, there is instead a Vibrant
brand resonator to help smooth out the exhuast note. This leads out
to a Vibrant 2.5" chrome muffler with changable tip. The exhaust
system will make your car very very very quite, yet be straight thru and
free flowing. It sounds awsome. MIght not work well on lowered
cars, its closer to the rear axle becuase its bigger.
The total supply and return oiling system will be included. This will "T"
into your stock oil pressure sensor port and then run supply oil to the
turbo thru a custom bent line. Then a custom built oil drain back the
oil pan with flex hose is included. I'll even send you the oil pan from
my engine with the oil return bung tapped and installed already. Just
swap this pan onto your engine and your set.
Last, I'll include the HX35 Turbo itself. This is in great mechanical
shape, has no shaft play and perfect looking blades.
Total in parts you will be recieving...
Turbo Blanket = 100.00
Turbo manifold parts = 115.00
Turbo downpipe and custom flanges = 170.00
HX-35 Turbo = 275
External Wastegate = 57.00
Muffler and resonator = 259.00
Exhuast piping and flanges = 112.00
Total in raw parts cost = $1088.00
This does not include anything for the 7 months of fitting and
assembling it took to make this an easy bolt on kit! Once you remove
your exhuast system and make room, this kit will bolt on in just a
couple hours. its very quick and easy to install.
What else will you need to make this run on your car??? You will need
to make your own intake system. You will need to make your own
turbo discharge to intercooler, and intercooler to TB piping. You will
also need your own intercooler. You will need a set of larger
injectors, 60lbs/hr would be recommended, and a way to tune.
This kit was fun at 5PSI, it was exciting at 10PSI, respectable at 15PSI,
and outright ludicrous at 23PSI!
Im asking 1200.00 shipped for everything mentioned. I just wanna
help fund my next adventure and in the process someone will have a
chance at getting some custom made parts that would cost a fortune
to have made for them if they didnt have the ability to do it themselves.
I dont think I'd be going too far out on a limb to suggest an opprotunity
like this will probably never come along again.
