I am in the market for an aftermarket cooling fan. Would like a duel fan but not NEED. I rather buy a better fan than a stock. It needs to fit into a 95 3100. Its a 91 body But I think I will still work. I did a quick search and didn't render anything.

Some newer gmfwd cars got slimmer dual fans. The 96 fan is a little slimmer.
You could also use altima fans, they are good. I use a beretta fan in my nissan so why not

Not sure but whats the need? If you have heating issues you have a problem somewhere else. I use a stock 96 fan with my SS headers and have no clearance issues... I've also run without a fan before never had it overheat. The fan is necessary if you want to use your AC yes and thats the only time my temp climbs over 1/4 mark... and I only have a 180*thermo and my temp sensor is RIGHT on the head.
There are tons of racing universal fans out there as well... we use one that is rather thin and easy to mount on the race car and would work fine with our radiators.

$94 plus a $14 mounting kit, 14" or 16" same price.
There is also this if you want dual, Its 15x26 overall size so double check and see if that would fit the radiator. Rock auto says a 96 is 25 15/16IN X 15IN X 5/8IN... So you would be TIGHT.

currently $189.95

I don't have the car running yet, and I also don't have a fan period. And I figured why buy an OEM when for the same price I could get more air flow. And yes I use AC. I mean today its noon and we are at a heat index 110. Just wanted to get some ideas. Thanks guys.

I have 2 10" fans on mine, but I can't say they work any better than the new low-profile 240W (1996 style) fan.

I just like the look of it and I don't see it could hurt anything. I Pmed Weba and he told me that he got his from a local parts place. But yeah Looks like ill just get universal fan. Prolly look into the one Mod said.

i now have dual fans, have not tested them, but the important thing with all fans is the CFM, 90 gtz stock fan i believe is about 1600, i upgraded to IIRC 2400 cfm.
