Bought a 92 base 3.1 5 speed over the weekend. 175k. Has a high idle but I'm pretty sure its the pcv valve because its also buring a small amount of oil. Not a single dent and almost scratchless paint. Couple of small spots of clearcoat peel but a decent looking car. going to throw all of my good parts from my 93 that are not needed for the project.

Got the gtz wheels on. Looks a lot better.

Looks like you could use a new rear bumper trim. The 94 base I have has some decent trim all the way around on it, if you need anything. Nice find!

Jy's around here have plenty of rettos. I have a project thread for my old one but no pics yet. I've been busy so I haven't had the chance to get my cage in. I want to keep the base look, might change my mind if I find a mint red z04 gfx kit but I like the eggcrate over the solid grille.

I think I'm gonna put mine back on soon. The solid is taking a beating.

I might make up a modified egg crate to match the twin turbo AWD version... All they did is remove every other horizontal row.

Only rust I could find is back drivers side fenderwell has a quarter sized peice of chipped off paint wit surface rust.

Underside between the rear spring tower areas is all good? If so then your lucky. Thats the area that goes.

Oil pump went out at 35MPH and by the time i had the car off and on the side of the road the motor was seized. bought a new clutch and some brake parts i needed and im going to use my ol' 3.1 seeing as it ran perfect about a year ago. going to prep it up and see if its still good, but im sure it is. i would do the 3500 swap now but i have no motor and not a single part required for it. i was hoping that i would have my jeep fixed by now but i havent had the time for it.
