I have two straps, about 6 inches long with a male plastic click in part on one end and a metal end with a hole in it on the other end, as if it held on by two of the trunk carpet fasteners on the back inside taillight panel that maybe connects to the sunroof bag if you car had one.

No, not for the cargo net. He is correct in his guess that they are for the sunroof bag.

Tim, thanks for the payment for the sunroof bag! I figured I'd try to sweeten the deal for you, so I went to the yard yesterday in search of a factory sunroof bag WITH the straps, I did find one, but the bag itself was trash! The straps were in great shape though, so I promptly destroyed the crappy bag by ripping the straps off of them, lol!
Here's the dry rotted, cracked, and moldy factory bag I found with the straps...
I used a seam ripper to remove the stitching and leftover piece of bag from one of the straps, and left the other as-is so you can see how and where it gets sewed onto the new bag!
Just sew these straps to the bag I sold you and it will be perfect! (my bag is identical to the factory bag minus the straps)
I also included the other part of the straps that bolt to the car with the plastic wingnuts just in case!
I hope these pictures will be good enough for you or whoever sews the straps on to place them properly! Good luck!

if you kept the old bag that had the straps, can you send that also???
Where did the copper looking bolt downs go in the trunk? Where did they fasten down at?

The straps mount to the rear of the lower filler panel via the plastic screw on pieces on either side of the trunk latch.

I know indyyellow already has the trunk straps, but I was going to send him the ones I have too. If he says he doesn't want them, then I will have those, otherwise, I might be able to find some more.

I didn't keep it, I torn it up and left it there, lol I only break parts at the yard if they're already broken, lol

I set it up in my car so you can see how it mounts!

ah, good pic. Seems like a loose set up. Loose in that the sunroof could slid all around in the trunk still even though it is hooked up a little. what keeps it from pushing thru the flap and hitting the back of the car at the strap hold downs.
Anyways, thanks for the leg work with this stuff.

I can take the straps to a shop and have them reattch and look like new. This will make the car worth another 500 atleast. ha ha ha
