Hey guys i am a new member here i have recently bought a 1993 chevy beretta base for my first car. I am 17 and i love the beretta its a great car. I bought it for $600 and it just needs a rack and pinion and some tlc. It is the 3.1 v6 with the 3 spd auto. I have been just looking on these forums recently and seen some awesome beretta's. Great work guys. I plan on having a lot more beretta's in my life. One question does anybody have the beretta emblem that goes above the center air vent on the dash? If you do can you send me a pm. Thanks and here is a pic of the car.

Welcome! Car looks like it's in pretty good shape. What kind of mileage is on it?

That looks like a nice car to start with. Some wheels will really make it look good! The simplicity of the base body style is nice.

Nice find, welcome to the board! Yep, little work and some tlc is all that car really needs!
Plenty of help and parts to be had, just ask around. Once you get your first 5 posts in, you will be able to post without approval, so be patient.

If you have any local junk yards that are pull and pay I would start hitting those for parts also.

It also needs its body work here and there and some new seats. The front passenger and driver seat is tore up on the sides closer to the door. The back seat is ripped up on the top. The mileage is 138,xxx. Other then that the interior is good. Once i get the body work all done probably next spring i will possibly looks into some nice wheels. Thanks for the welcome guys i plan to spend a lot time on here due to the great respect and friendly/helpful community.

There are some people that will tell you how it is... but they are just blunt.

I'm not too terribly familiar with the milwaukee yards but I know if you head south on 94 to Racine, there are 2 yards almost straight across the Interstate from each other. They're between the hwy k and hwy 20 exits right on the frontage road. One of them has a pretty regular turnaround but they always seem to have a couple berettas around. Also, there's a yard in cedarburg that keeps a couple berettas around too.
