I'm just testing the waters.. I have put over 7k into the restore of the car...mechanically everything is brand new and I have every receipt of every part that I replaced on the car.3speed auto with analog dash.original engine still runs strong, trans was rebuilt about 90k ago. All around fresh new fluids. 4 brand new yokohama avid envigor tires, new rear window louvers, front windshield decal, near mint z26 swapped seats, new hood bra, blackout headlight covers. Also have a complete new set of gtu decals legit ones not some vinyl replica. Needs a paintjob soon and the normal headliner issue. And a door molding strip. Just put front and rear red bumper mouldings. Complete gtu ground effects in good shape Has true dual exhaust.. new rockers and car completely rustproofed..will get pics up asap.like I stated almost every part and sensor has been replaced..shoot me offer or any questions.. thanks guys

Not only pics but your location, asking price, why are you selling?
Depending on your location I could be very interested.

I was about to say: "I sure know a guy who would be interested!"

Im from PA,asking price is negotiable, i know dam sure im not gonna get the close to $7500 i put into her, and the reason im looking to sell is to pay off my credit cards that i pretty much used to do the restoration, and buy another srt-4 hopefully or heck if anyone has 1 and would be willing to consider a trade i would be down for that too.

Better be posting what you have to get out of it. Problem is, with the exception of many of us on the forum, not too many people are going to understand what we do, how much we put into them, etc. Not to mention, many of us rather want a fixer upper, which means an even lower sale price. lol
I know I put over 5k worth of work into mine the past 2 years, and I know it would be a hard sell at 1900.... And now I have another one to fix up and drive.

This is so true. I hate knowing this and yet I still continue spending more money on my cars.

274k on the Engine
90K on the Transmission
Needs Paint
Needs Headliner
Needs Door Molding
Wrong used Seats
$7,500 invested... Where?
Sensors, Louvers, Decals, tires, fluids, hood bra, headlights covers. There's a grand...
Exhaust, every suspension and brake component, another grand maybe...
I'm coming up short here, did you pay a dealer $200 an hour to do everything?

Labor wise was about $2500 for all the parts, new rockers, rear main support brace, customized dual exhaust amongst other things... my total from all the parts and accesories were close to 4800...all around steering, suspension, whole new brake system, fuel system, fuel tank,straps,mounts,a/c parts, engine and fuel tune up,engine electrical, complete cooling system. Believe me about the parts and prices as I'm not over inflating anything

I agree, I love mine! I'm just saying, some people are pretty picky about things being correct.
Thanks for the better rundown of what you have replaced, that does help quite a bit! Just put in another $5-$6 grand and it will be a new car again! GLWS!

If those fixes were to repair rust then this is a decent buy since now the new owner will be ahead of the ball somewhat already.

That's pretty bad when people are showing interest but you can't even put pics and a price up.. must not want to sell it that bad..
