Just wondering. Wanted to see if the old man was still around or went into hibernation... LOL

I paid for the factory cd player again in August and he said he shipped it.. I still havent received it and havent got a response from a couple PMs I sent. I'm not mad I just hope everything is ok.

It seems I'm not meant to have a nice factory cd player for the Quad Z. I was hoping to get it at Bfest but he didn't get past the border.

It's boring without a radio lol.

Well, I too have some items I'm waiting for that haven't arrived either, but not overly worried about them, just was wanting to see what was up.

I shot him an e-mail today I'll see if I get a reply.

Summit, you have no HU?

I would be more than happy to set you up with a direct plug n play harness, soldered and ready, just have to get me the harness from whatever aftermarket HU to me. At least till you get a stock one. That way you can at least have audio.... Basically go buy a single DIN unit that you like, get me the wire harness from it and I will ship you back a converted harness that is direct PnP, antenna adapter and single DIN dash adapter for like 50-60 bucks. (includes the adapter harness, mount adapter and antenna adapter, plus my time and shipping) Then you just mount the new HU in and go. LOL Later you can yank it and put the stock CD whatever in when you finally get one.

But if you already have something, no problem.

Thanks for the offer. The Quad Z is put away for the winter now and I'm hoping for a factory radio.. worst case scenario in the spring I will swap the HU from the 3400 Z lol.

Scratch that. He called me back. He is doing fine, he is going to check on both, he had shipped both items, not sure what's going on.

Do you believe him? If someone had sent me a bunch of emails, and then called and left a message, Id of called back or replied immediately with tracking #'s if I had actually sent the items.

Just sayin. I mean from readin this thread theres unreplied PM's from AUGUST.

I know what you're saying. Personally, not in a quandary here myself, I was more concerned that something had happened. But for the time being he is doing fine. He is going to check on the track, see if something had happened. The packages had not been returned to him, but he says that he did send them. And I have to believe he did till I know otherwise.

FYI, he's shipping from Canada; not sure if it matters on a tracking number or not.
