Some of the members from bstuff will remember me. I've sniffing around for awhile, thought I would check in.
Since my son was born my z26 has been shoved way back. Actually it has not been started or touched for over a year. I'm not going to post a picture of it since its a mess and buried, and some of you know what it looks like.
My cavy is gone. T-boned an old man last winter. It had major damage, front end pushed to left about 6", and the LF wheel pushed back into the body. Sadly I sent it to the crusher.
About a year ago I bought a '95 379 extra. hood Peterbilt semi. Wasn't planning on getting back into trucking, it just happened. Been very busy working on it and hauling pigs all over Nebraska and Iowa.
My son is 14 months old now, loves riding in the semi. Can't wait till I can take with to the shop or garage, or even take him on a round in the semi.
I'll be my usual self, staying quiet till I feel my knowledge or opinion is needed.

Thanks for the warm welcome back.
Yeah I still have my Mazda. It's now my daily driver. Got the weber carb dialed in, pacesetter header, custom 2 1/4 exhaust. It's pretty darn peppy for a Mazda.
When my son was born, I tried putting a car seat in it, but that didn't work too well. Ever have one of those big, heavy ass doors slam closed on the back of your legs? Doesn't feel very good. That's the main reason that car is parked.
You will see me around more now that I have smart phone and can surf the net while cruising down the road.
I'll put up a couple pics tomorrow when I'm at home

My weiner dog isn't doing too good. His back is going out. He has lost the use of his back legs, and has been in his kennel 24-7 for the past month. The vet tells us to keep in there for another 6-8 weeks. He might regain the use of his legs, 50/50 chance right now. The other weiner is still being himself, bouncing off the walls with energy.
A couple pics.
My son Ryan.
My truck. '95 379 Ext Hood Peterbilt. N14 Cummins, 8" straight pipes, damn it's loud. Love this truck. I leased onto my buddies company, that's why his name is on the door and not my name. We pull pigs for Maschoff's, they are the largest pig company in the U.S. It's dirty and dusty in this picture.

Do you haul pigs to a huge slaughter house in central IL? I used to work for them located in Beardstown IL, right on the river. Cargill I believe it was. They do around 100k head of hogs per day, or used to. All I know is, they would have hog haulers in that place non-stop every day.

No, I don't go that far out. We stay in Nebraska and western Iowa. I do hual the big sows, and culls to slaughter, mainly Hormel (frement,ne), Farmland (crete, ne), and Pine Ridge (des Moines, Ia).
Yesterday was a good round, Columbus, ne to St.Paul, Ne then to Britt, IA, and back to Columbus. 930 miles, about 210 gallons of fuel burned. I'm glad I don't leave till tonight.

Sucks to hear that about your dachshund. I've heard about their back problems, but have been lucky enough to never see it personally. Hopefully he'll be back to 4WD soon. Our is almost 10 years old and still running around daily.
