Well, I have the struts, and both axles pull off my Beretta. I can now access the tranny from the drivers side, but my dad said I still won't be able to pull it because it needs to pull straight out before I can drop it down...which it needs to come down an inch or 2 before I can remove it because of some sheet metal around the frame. I will post a pic later on today. If I can't get it to drop at all, would it be a bad idea to cut alittle of the sheet metal off?

You shouldn't have to cut anything off. All you need to do is drop your drivers side subframe down (4 bolts for the subframe, then undo your sway bar link and the bracket that holds the sway bar to the subframe, which is only a couple bolts) and you can slide it right out. Takes me about an hour at the junk yard to pull a trans doing it that way

Key is to keep the torque converter attached to the input shaft of the trans. Helps with the amount of space you need to pull the trans back away from the motor.

"Torque converter." What is this word? I am not familiar. Is it some sort of horsepower robbing device for people with lazy left legs? haha
