ITS CLEAR!!!
And yes that's Dora on the TV, my daughter was watching it.

Yep, the bills have gone to plastic. Just don't get them too hot, or they will shrink! lol

They are going to be changing US currency very soon again. There was a lawsuit in 2006 that required the Treasury department to make bills distinguishable from each other by blind people.
As I understood it, thats most of the reason behind the delay of the release of the new 100 dollar bill.
To be honest, im tired of this social justice crap. Get a debit card. They are obtainable for free in a lot of places.
