Just throwin this out there to see if anyone else can tell me wtf is goin on. I bought my gtz a couple of months ago and about a month ago i hit a deer. I have repaired most of it but now since i have been driving it again about 80% of the time i shut the car off it squeals as the belt is slowing down its not a high pitch more low and only last a sec or two. And one other thing when i repaired the car i threw a 3100 v6 fan in it not thinkin about it but i havent had any probs with overheating. should i be worried?

first off why would the fan make you over heat? Its only used when your car is sitting and not moving, other than that you will never need the fan while driving if your cooling system is working properly.
If your belt is squealing you need to take it off and check all the pulleys and see if one has more resistance when it starts to slow down, as well as check the age of the belt and the tensioner... Make sure you have the right length on there as well, that can be tested by seeing how far the tensioner moves without the belt and then with the belt on there, Granted if nothing is different from stock you can just get a stock replacement length belt. I used the above method to find out what length I needed for Roberts 3400 in his 89 with the 89 AC delete pulley which is different than the newer style used on the 3400's so the belt length was an odd one.
