I have seen this someplace before.... And it is every bit as fugly as I remember. But yeah, lose the wheels at least and it will improve a lot. Has to be from someone in CA or IN. I know a lot of people that have cars like that in IN. lol

I remember posting this car about a year or so ago, it was on autotrader I think, and the pics were the same.
